Quality Standards
By obtaining the highest quality local and regionally sourced ingredients, we are proudly able to make every item on our menu from scratch in small batches, using seasonal ingredients to ensure freshness and the most flavorful menu possible.
Meats:
Our quality comes from purchasing hormone and antibiotic free meats from certified farms where animals are humanely raised. Then roasting to perfection turkey, pork tenderloin and tri-tip. Each order carved while you watch to assure each slice is fresh, moist and tender.
Leafy Salads:
We start with freshest local and regional greens and toss them with our house-made dressings after you choose from a large selection of ad-ins or select one of our signature salads. Ask about our organic items!
Fresh Fries:
Our signature item! Cooked Belgian style by first soaking fresh cut Idaho potatoes in water overnight to remove excess starch, then blanching them at a low temperature in 100% peanut oil, then re-frying at a high heat when your order is placed. Each order is served with your choice of delicious house-made dipping sauces.
Comforting Sides:
Accompany your order with classics such as macaroni & cheese, sage stuffing, garlic Yukon gold mashed potatoes, or our creamy tomato bisque that will keep you coming back for more.
Desserts:
End your meal with our house-made chocolate fudge cake, famous carrot cake with cream cheese icing or crème brulee. Or try one of our seasonal desserts.
Soda Fountain Drinks:
No Coke. No Pepsi. For a little less profit, but a lot more flavor, we opted to be the first restaurant in San Diego County to proudly serve Boylan ® soft drink products from a self-serve fountain. These all-natural sodas are made with natural extracts and oils and pure cane sugar in lieu of corn syrup. You can taste the difference.
